1. most people who read this blog would have never spent their own time watching this video on their own.
2. just because she ripped off uffie doesn’t mean she’s not talented.
3. ke$ha seems heady. we like heady.
4. this video is awesome, and will hopefully inspire 12 year old chicks to drop tabs instead of pretending to be strippers.
5. the songs lyrics are quite clever, listen below…
6. if you really hate this song…skip to 2:00 into the video it gets all yellow submarine.

The Romany Rye

The Romany Rye are a band from LA, they’re touring with Delta Spirit this summer. The tour is stopping in Philly on July 2nd (First Unitarian Church), and before that they’ll be in New York for two shows on June 30th and July 1st (The Bowery Ballroom & Music Hall of Williamsburg respectively).
It’s a lonely road, and the ground is cold. Tennessee you drown my soul.

These Canadian boys just released their second album called “Say It” on June 1st. This is my personal favorite from the album, it’s called “What To Say.”
No Philly dates from the handful of dates they’ve released so far, but they’re playing two shows in NYC on June 18th and 19th for all the New Yorkers out there.
Also, here’s a cool summer song from a “20 year old Australian wunderkind.”
